What is included in my subscription?

By signing up to Creative RFPs, you are signing up to a month rolling contract with askabidwriter.com. This subscription grants you access to the askabidwriter.com platform and all its features including:

  • Creative bidding opportunities, available across the United States.
  • A ‘Question and Answer’ feature allowing you to consult with our global bidding experts, 24-7.
  • Access to learning resources including video and audio masterclasses, downloadable pdfs and editable templates. Allowing you to upskill in all areas of bid management, compliance, writing and submissions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your monthly rolling subscription at any time, all you need to do is head to the Ask a Question section on your dashboard and send us a message.

You will retain access to the platform until your renewal date. If you wish to renew your subscription following this date simply log in and you will be directed to the payment area.

Who decides what bids are relevant to my company?

You do! Using the filter functionality in the bidding resources search panel, you enter your chosen keywords. We don’t use a complicated coding system at Creative RFPs. The system then automatically showcases the bids fitting the services you offer.

How long is the contract?

All subscriptions on askabidwriter.com are month rolling contracts. This means the subscription will continue until you contact our team to instruct a cancellation.

I already have a sales team, why do I need this system?

We’re a support tool for your sales team. Your team can find suitable RFPs in minutes instead of spending days searching for the right opportunities.

What is the payment method used?

We request a card payment during the sign up process. Then, on the same day each month, we will debit $45 until your subscription is cancelled. If a payment is missed, access to the system is temporally blocked until a new payment is made.

Can I get a copy invoice for my records?

Yes, absolutely, you can find your invoices in the ‘Payments’ section of the portal.

What's different about Creative RFPs?

We are specifically for the Creative sector, meaning you don’t have to search through hundreds, if not thousands, of irrelevant opportunities to find suitable opportunities for your business, saving time and money.

You also have access to bidding experts, 24/7 to support you with any query you may have. This support ensures we work collaboratively to ensure your success.

How many opportunities can I expect to see per week?

This depends on demand, but we will work hard to ensure you see new, proactive and reactive opportunities every week that are relevant to your business.

Can you write the bid for me?

We can write any bid for you. We have a large team of global bid writers with cross sector experience. It is not included in your subscription fee, but our account managers can provide a quote on any bid. Simply request the quote via the portal. It’s that simple. Oh, and you get 18% discount for being a subscriber too.

Can you review a bid I write myself?

Yes, absolutely, we can simply review, or review and edit any bid you produce. It is not included in your subscription fee, but our account managers can provide a quote on any bid. Simply request the quote via the portal. It’s that simple. Oh, and you get 18% discount for being a subscriber too.

Can you complete a bid plan for me?

Yes, absolutely. Our bid plans include a full writing plan, compliance plan and tips for ensuring success. It is not included in your subscription fee, but our account managers can provide a quote on any bid. Simply request the quote via the portal. It’s that simple. Oh, and you get 18% discount for being a subscriber too.

Can you breakdown this opportunity for me?

Included in your subscription you can ask us any  question about any bid. Just send us the documents and ask your questions. It is our goal to help you improve your bidding knowledge to see a greater success rate when bidding.

Can you find me RFPs that meet my business needs?

Yes, of course, we will use the Bid Opportunities section within askabidwriter.com to search for opportunities using your keywords and send you the relevant links.

Can you submit a bid for me?

Yes, at an agreed consulting price. Please contact us for more information as this is not included with your subscription. askabidwriter.com subscribers get an 18% discount on our submission services too.

Can you register us on other portals?

Unfortunately, not, however we can talk you through how to do that to ensure your portal subscription remains private.

Can you download bidding documents for me?

Yes, simply tell us which bid you want the documents for and we will do the rest.

Can I ask a question for a friend?

Unfortunately, not. However, we would be happy to answer their questions if they wish to subscribe. Your subscription only allows you to ask questions relating to your sector and your business.

Can you help me digest feedback from a previous bid?

Yes, absolutely. Send us the feedback letter, via the portal and we’ll schedule this in with one of our bid experts who’ll provide a full overview.

Can you help me to understand how to use Ai to reduce the time spent on each bid?

Yes, of course, we will also make sure the advice we give you showcases where many fall foul in this area – increasing your chances of success.

Can you teach me how to bid?

Yes, our resources section is full of useful video content, audio files and PDFs that guide you through the bidding process. These resources have been developed by those with 20+ years of bidding experience.

Can you design my bid?
